We offer a single delivery method: standard shipping. All orders are handled by reliable courier services, including DHL, UPS,Packeta CZ, Bpost and so on, depending on the region

The shipping cost is a flat rate of €5.99 per order, regardless of the destination within the European Union. For orders of 49.99€ or more, shipping is free. 

Our standard delivery timeframe is up to 5-15 business days. This estimate may vary slightly depending on the destination within Europe. 

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. This includes payment verification and preparing your items for shipment. 

We deliver to all selected countries in Europe, including:  

Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic,France, Germany, Hungary, Italy,Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland,Slovakia and Slovenia.

Customers can track their orders directly through the courier service’s app using the provided tracking number.  

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable, the package will be returned to our warehouse. The customer may contact us to arrange re-delivery or a refund, excluding shipping costs. 

To request a return, please have your order number ready and provide a brief description of the issue. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method or as an e-gift card for use on our website. Refunds to the original payment method may take 10–15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Non-compliant returns will be sent back without a refund.
